Cancellation Within 48 Hours

Eligibility: Clients may cancel their scheduled services and request a full refund if the cancellation is made within 48 hours of the scheduled service start time.

Process: To initiate a cancellation, clients must contact our customer service team via email at okanaganhomehearthealth@gmail.com or by phone at (250) 488-0365. Please provide your full name and service details.

Refund: Upon confirmation of the cancellation request within the 48-hour window, a full refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.

Exceptions: Refunds will not be issued for cancellations made after the 48-hour window or for services already rendered. Late cancellations may be subject to a non-refunded service fee, as outlined in the service agreement.

Rescheduling: If you wish to reschedule instead of cancel, please contact us as soon as possible to arrange a new service time, subject to availability. Rescheduling within 48 hours may not incur additional fees, depending on the service type.
